Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence in Business - English (TEST)

Objective

Provide internal users with practical guidelines for using artificial intelligence at work without sharing inappropriate data, delegating a decision, or triggering an action without oversight.

Audience and Duration

Target audience: internal users. Duration: approximately 30 minutes of content, not including the final questionnaire.

• Choose an approved tool and use your business account.
• Minimize data and protect personal information and confidential information.
• Verify the results and maintain human judgment.
• Monitor communications and actions in Odoo.
• Recognize suspicious instructions and report an incident promptly.

Evaluation

A separate questionnaire consisting of 10 scenarios; only one answer is expected per question; a passing score is 80% (at least 8 correct answers out of 10). The questionnaire will be available at the end of the training session.
